研究興趣

 

1.      cDNA microarrayProteomics方法研究合併惡性肋膜積水之肺腺癌的分生病理機轉.

2.      合併惡性肋膜積水肺腺癌之動物模式的建立, 並研究Stat3 activation與惡性肋膜積水, VEGF, angiogenesis, tumor invasion, metastasis的關係.

3.      Stat3 activation 與抗癌藥物間的關係.

4.      合併惡性肋膜積水肺腺癌之動物模式的奈米基因治療。

5.      以弁?lt;/span>性奈米粒子攜帶基因及化學治療來克服腫瘤抗藥性。
