研究興趣

  1. 肝膽疾病之致病機制與新治療策略之研究:

探討膽汁酸在肝膽疾病的致病角色。本實驗室探討重點為:(1)氧化壓力與肝膽疾病之關係。(2)代謝壓力在肝膽疾病所扮演的角色與治療新策略的開發。(3) 新生兒膽汁滯留的致病機轉與治療。

  1. 適合體(aptamer)生醫晶片:

利用aptamer及微奈米技術的研發,研發晶片檢測生化標誌的臨床應用。

  1. 代謝體學的研究:

利用LC-MS/MS代謝體技術,開發疾病新標誌及小分子藥物篩選。
