個人化腫瘤標誌之搜尋及探討 

肝癌及尿路上皮癌為台灣常見的癌症,因此如何藉由準確性高、非侵入性的檢測方式早期發現,並以個人化的方式加以有效的治療為本實驗室研究的目標。實驗室以核酸晶片的資料挑選一些癌症相關之腫瘤標誌作深入探討,如:與氧化壓力相關、與致癌訊息傳遞路徑相關、與microRNA相關、及免疫癌症相關之基因…等,以實現個人化醫學檢驗之目標。

三氧化二砷的抗癌機轉 

三氧化二砷對急性骨髓前白血病有非常好的效果,已獲得FDA認證,其他以砷為基礎的藥物對癌症的療效亦已進入臨床試驗。由於砷化物的抗癌機轉為多標的攻陷癌細胞,因此其抗藥性問題不若標靶藥物嚴重。若能釐清其抗癌機轉及副作用,進而合併其他藥物於臨床醫療的使用上,將更有助於提昇其抗癌效果。
