研究興趣

致癌基因以及biomarker基因之研究

1.以可調控方式(Inducible system)研究Ras 致癌基因誘發之自體吞噬(Autophagy)細胞增生以及腫瘤形成之關係與作用機制。

2.探討micro-RNA Ras致癌基因誘發之自體吞噬(Autophagy)以及腫瘤形成所扮演之角色。

3.鑑定食道癌及直腸癌biomarker基因及作用機轉

4.以膀胱及皮膚癌為模式探討砷暴露誘發Aurora-A過量表達活化以及腫瘤形成之機轉

登革及腸病毒致病機轉之研究

1.  登革病毒以及腸病毒EV71型誘發之自體吞噬現象及其致病機轉。

2.   Micro-RNA targets 登革病毒以及腸病毒EV71型。
