研究興趣

創傷弧菌之致病機制

1.毒力因素基因之選殖,定序,和開放閱讀架序列及啟動子區域之鑑識。

2.以生物資訊學、蛋白質體學、全基因體遺傳學等方法尋找可能之毒力基因。

3.毒力因素基因突變株之分離及其特性分析,以決定該毒力因素在此菌之致病機制中所扮演的角色。

4.探討毒力因素基因表現之調控機制網。
