研究興趣

 

1.以蛋白質體技術結合系統生物學之概念探討ERbeta之生理功能機轉。

a.發展心肌梗塞等個各種動物模式,以非侵入式方式探討生理功能,研究病理機轉。

b.研發各種分離技術與質譜分析探討與ERbeta之相關分子。

2.蛋白質體技術探討癌症機轉及轉譯醫學於新藥開發與癒後評估之應用。

a.蛋白質體技術探討之相關治劑之作用機轉。

b.利用蛋白質體技術探討抗癌藥物之療效。
