研究興趣

 

1.      上皮生長因子對十二位脂氧化酵素及keratin 16基因之調控:上皮生長因子作用人類表皮癌細胞誘導這二種基因表現,其作用之信息傳遞主要藉由MAP kinase路徑之媒介,已得知基因promoterSp1結合區域扮演著重要的調控角色且c-Jun/Sp1 interaction會活化promoter活性。

2.      探討生長因子活化其他一些TATA-less genes表現之機制,釐清c-Jun/Sp1 interaction的功能角色,並探討c-Jun/Sp1 interaction的機制
