研究興趣

腸道為人體中細菌數目最多的部位,腸道菌會以各種方式影響到人體的各種生理運作; 例如免疫系統發育、代謝、老化、中樞神經運作等等。實驗室以過去針對腸道致病菌如腸出血性大腸桿菌及艱難梭狀桿菌的研究為起點,擴展研究的焦點到腸道微生物相與這些致病菌之間的相互作用、與人體之間的相互作用。我的研究興趣主要為以系統生物學方法研究這些致病菌基因的功能、抑制性化合物對於這些致病菌的作用機轉及腸道微生物相與感染間的相互作用。實驗室目前主要方向為:

1. 腸出血性大腸桿菌致病基因的篩檢及其作用機制探討

2. 艱難梭狀桿菌抑制性化合物的篩檢及其作用機制探討

3. 相關腸道微生物相之研究
