研究興趣

  核糖核酸干擾術(RNAi)是利用小片斷雙股核糖核酸(siRNA)抑制細胞中基因的表現,對研究基因功能或治療病毒感染有相當的價值。本實驗室已經改良以RNA polymerase III啟動子表現shRNA之質體,建立快速且方便的分析系統篩選極有效的siRNA分子,並發展可誘導式之RNAi調控系統。利用RNAi抑制病毒基因的表現與複製來治療病毒的感染,包括B型肝炎病毒、登革熱病毒、腸病毒及鼻咽癌病毒等,並藉由抑制細胞生長與凋亡之相關基因達到腫瘤治療或防止病因性細胞凋亡。
