  1. 癌症基因的研究探討DNA損傷修復和細胞自嗜(autophagy)相互調控之分子機制。
  1. 抗癌藥物的研究研發新穎的奈米化存活素標靶藥物(anti-BIRC5/Survivin nano-drugs)。

    3. 乳癌的研究探討荷爾蒙療法 (endocrine therapy) 於雌性激素受體陽性之乳癌其抗藥性誘發之機制、研發在雌激素受體陽性乳癌治療上能取代Tamoxifen的新藥物。
