1. 抗癌藥物的研究:

    研發新穎的存活素(survivin)標靶藥物 - 奈米化顯性負性存活素蛋白(nanoparticle encapsulated dominant-negative survivin protein) 。

2. 癌症基因的研究:

    存活素對DNA損傷修復之分子機制探討。

3. 乳癌的研究:

    研發在雌激素受體陽性乳癌治療上能取代 Tamoxifen 的新藥物
