專長與研究興趣:

  1. 主要以分子生物學與細胞生物學之相關技術進行觀察與驗證,並搭配疾病動物模式、生理學以及行為分析等技術,來探討失智症相關的神經退化性疾病。
  2. 失智症相關的神經退化性疾病,包含阿茲海默氏症、額顳葉退化症、缺血性中風、蛛腦膜下腔出血、頭部外傷等。
  3. 探討失智症相關的致病機轉,並嘗試開發新的治療策略(包含幹細胞治療與藥物開發)。
