研究興趣

1. WOX1腫瘤抑制蛋白質在癌症發展進程中之角色:

我們過去的研究已經證實WOX1有調控細胞凋亡的作用,針對WOX1所影響的細胞訊息傳遞路徑則是我們將繼續深入探討的方向。此外,WOX1蛋白質影響癌細胞發展與轉移的作用也是我們研究的重要目標。

2. WOX1與細胞自噬作用(autophagy)的關係:

細胞自噬作用是細胞重要的生理功能,也和調控細胞的存活有關。WOX1是否藉由影響細胞自噬作用而操控細胞生死,則是我們極感興趣的方向。
