研究興趣

結合X-ray 結構生物學 (Crystallogrpahy) 及蛋白質溶液小角度散射 (Small-Angle Scattering) 的技術,去探討蛋白質的三度空間結構和功能,以及蛋白和蛋白質、蛋白質和核酸之間的交互作用。目前的研究主題為:

  1. 探討A型鏈球菌毒力因子的結構基礎以及調控網絡,理解這些分子對於A型鏈球菌的細胞內發病機制的作用模式。
  2. 探討介白素1家族(Interleukin 1 family) 細胞激素受體之結構彈性與辨認受質功能之關係。
  3. 探討登革病毒疫苗研發之結構基礎。
