研究興趣

  本實驗室的研究運用分子生物學、細胞學到轉殖動物研究;領域由開發疾病之動物模式,到臨床基因治療。目前研究之主力為 (1) 前胸腺素基因之研究,包括基因結構、生理功能、訊息傳遞機轉及基因轉殖小鼠之研究。(2) 遺傳疾病及癌症之基因治療之研究,包括各種病毒載體及物理方式轉染基因,動物模式之研究及臨床治療之相關研究,並對致癌基因作分子機轉之探討,及構築致癌基因轉殖動物模式。(3) 利用奈米科技,研究疾病之分子生病理學機制,並探討奈米科技在診斷及治療上之應用。(4) 運用基因治療及幹細胞療法,研究類風濕性關節炎之致病機轉及治療策略。
