專長與研究興趣:

一、肺癌形成的分子機制研究:

  1. 癌症幹細胞 (cancer stem cell) 研究。

         A、外顯基因體 (epigenome-wide) 啟動子甲基化、染色體鬆緊度分析。

         B、轉錄調控與訊息傳遞分析。

  1. 癌症微環境 (tumor microenvironment) 研究。

          A、細胞 exocytosis 與分泌體 (secretomics) 研究。

          B、細胞傳輸系統 (protein trafficking) 與訊息傳遞分析。

  1. 目標基因(candidate gene approach) 臨床、細胞及動物模式研究。

           A、DNA 變異(mutation, deletion, amplification, promoter hypermethylation, chromatin structur alterations)

           B、RNA 變異 (expression level alteration, splicing error)

           C、Protein 變異 (expression level alteration, localization error)

二、抗癌藥物的研究

  1. DNMT甲基轉移酵素標靶藥物、HDAC組蛋白去乙醯化標靶藥物。
  2. 細胞模式及動物模式研究。
